• WHAT DAYS ARE YOU OPEN AND IS SOMEONE ALWAYS WITH MY PUP?

FurBabies Resort and Spa staff is on the premises 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at our Premier Locations. This includes our FurBabies Paradise Valley Location, where we have a staff member on site at all times. Our other locations, FurBabies Old Town Scottsdale and FurBabies Scottsdale Quarter, are open 365 days a year as well. These locations differ slightly, as we do have a short amount of time at night that the pups are secured in their personal suites, however staff is not on the premises at all times during the late night hours while the pups sleep. We do have a staff member that comes back to the resort in the middle of the night, to check in on all of the pups and to also let each of the dogs out to go potty again. Staff is onsite from approximately 6AM until 8PM regularly. Our overnight team member then checks in on our furry guests in the middle of the night. FurBabies Resort and Spa is then open to the public for our services, Monday thru Friday from 7AM-7PM, and Saturday/Sunday from 9AM-5PM at each location.

  • WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE THERE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

    FurBabies Resort and Spa will need your Veterinarian to verify that all of your pup's vaccinations, Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, are up to date. We then require a doggie temperament test, which is basically a few quick run throughs to assure that your dog plays well with others.  Temperament appointment times are each day from 11am to 2pm, including the weekends.  In the case that these times are not convenient for you, we can then in advance schedule a different time that will work with your schedule.  We also require one full day of daycare (4+Hours) prior to any boarding reservation. This helps get your pup familiar with our facility and associate drop off with the comfort of knowing that Mom and/or Dad will be happily returning to pick them up.

  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE BOARDING, GROOMING, DAYCARE, AND/OR TRAINING?

    Just give us a call, to any of our locations, and we will set up everything for you! Please keep in mind that scheduling in advance is always encouraged to assure that you can reserve dates, and times, that work best with your schedule.  Also, please keep in mind that the holidays are always extra busy at FurBabies Resort and Spa.  Make sure to call in advance to reserve your furry loved one's amazing stay-cation and grooming appointment!    

  • WHAT DOES A DAY LOOK LIKE FOR DOGS STAY-CATIONING AT FURBABIES RESORT?

    FurBabies Resort and Spa offers three separate play areas for our different sized babies.  Room service delivers breakfast to start the day off right.  Then play time is between 7AM- 6PM with a few rotating nap breaks in-between if needed.  There are bubble sessions in the play area, plenty of indoor grass (and also outdoor grass at many of our locations) to take potty breaks on, fun doggie picture sessions so that we have plenty of pics for each dogs daily report card, and so much more.  If your dog requires feedings multiple times a day, we note that and make sure that they have the appropriate amount of feedings in their own private suite.  Then bed time calls for final potty time, a "midnight snack" if mom and dad have ok'd it, and then tuck those cute, little, wagging tails into bed to watch a doggie movie in their private suite.  

  • CAN I BRING A FEW OF MY DOG’S FAVORITE THINGS?

    FurBabies Resort and Spa provides cozy dog beds in every one of our suites.  However, we want your pup to feel at home and as comfortable as possible.  So, if your little loved one has a special blankie and/or toy, we encourage you to bring it.  We do ask that you keep it to a minimum amount of items and to not bring anything very large in size.  Please note that we do not allow bully sicks, or anything small or hard that could possibly be hazardous to your pup. We also ask that if your dog has a tendency to tear apart soft toys on occasion, that you do not bring one. Also, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.    

  • DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

    For all major holiday weeks/weekends, we require a two week notice of cancelation prior to any boarding reservation, to avoid the non-refundable (and non-applicable) 50% deposit that was paid at the time of booking your pups reservation to secure their boarding suite. In the case that you notify us prior to 14 days leading up to the reservation, the 50% deposit can then either be refunded to your original form of payment or the full amount paid can be credited to your account to be used as credit for any future service at FurBabies.

  • MY DOG TAKES MEDICINE, IS THAT A PROBLEM?

    Not a problem at all!  Our staff will give your pup their necessary medications to keep them happy and healthy.  Additional fees may apply.  

  • WHAT IF MY FURBABY NEEDS TO SEE THE DOCTOR?

    FurBabies Resort and Spa staff are trained to be exceptionally aware of change in behavior for any and all of the dogs staying at our resort.  Extra attention and precaution will be given to any dog that may be acting different than their normal happy self.  If need be, the owner will be contacted immediately to determine what the next step of action may be.  In the case that the owner cannot be reached and conditions seem urgent, the dog will then either be taken to their own vet or to a veterinarian that is available and near the resort.  The pups owner will be responsible for any and all fees accumulated by the veterinarian. The pups owner will also be responsible for the fees associated with our staffs time bringing the pup to the vet and time spent there with them (Hourly and Transportation Fees Would Apply).

  • WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH THE SPA AND GROOMING SERVICES?    

    We have exceptionally talented groomers at FurBabies Resort and Spa that have earned a great reputation for specialty cuts and styles.  Also, we pride ourselves in using high end products to assure a vibrant, soft, and clean coat for every breed.  We believe that there is no such thing as to much pampering for any furry family member.  Check out the fun spa extras that we offer, listed in our spa menu.  Also, remember that your dog will want to look extra special for you upon your return.  Schedule your grooming appointment today! 

  • DO YOU ALLOW INTACT MALES AT FURBABIES RESORT AND SPA?

    We sure do!  As long as he is well behaved with the staff and other doggos, he is welcome to attend the resort. Please note that we do have the right to turn away any intact male pup at any point.

  • IF MY FEMALE DOG IS IN HEAT, CAN SHE STAY?

    Of course!  She will stay in her FurBaby Palace and will receive individual love and care from our staff since she can not attend the doggie daycare party.  Since extra clean up will be necessary, an additional $20 handling fee will be added per day.
